Appointments & Treatment

During your consultation/evaluation, we will ask you a series of questions to learn more about your symptoms and your lifestyle. The first appointment helps us get to know you and takes about 45 minutes.

After a review of your medical history, we perform a brief physical exam and draw blood for a comprehensive metabolic panel as well as Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen), Thyroid, lipids, and several other markers that may indicate current state of health as well as potential adjunctive treatments that may influence outcomes. We’ll conduct other blood work as necessary.

Generally speaking, lab results are returned within a few days. If your testosterone levels are low and you are symptomatic, we will develop a custom plan for you and discuss treatment options promptly.

Subsequent visits are usually ten minutes or less.
